This includes your email address when you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, and the notes and canvas data you choose to sync with our cloud service. If you use OmniCanvas offline only, no personal data is transmitted to our servers.

We use cookies solely for analytics purposes to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and analytics
Pushmail — transactional and newsletter emails

These services process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Your account data and synced notes are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
